Learning Outcome 2(U3): Be able to plan and develop pre-production materials for an original media product to a client brief  PLAN AND DEVELOP PRE-PRODUCTION MATERIALS (U3: P3,M2) MOODBOARD My moodboard conveys the themes of the magazine. There are hearts to explicitly show the genre of the magazine being romantic comedy as the hearts represent love. The moodboard features photos of happy couples and popular rom-com films to identify the atmosphere of the magazine through the energy of happiness and love. Evaluate the response (D1:U21)

Learning Outcome 3 (U21): Be able to pitch ideas on a proposed media product and respond to questions.  EVALUATE THE RESPONSE (D1:U21) Feedback from the client: useful considerations and requirements I have evaluated the feedback i received from the client thoroughly and have concluded the feedback i will and will not be implementing in the product creation as i believe some of the feedback was unnecessary when taking into account the progression of my magazine however most of the feedback was very advantageous.  The body copy and coverline font won't print well and is a bit hard to read I will definitely be considering this feedback and taking it on board because when there is a busy background i would like the font and writing to be bold and clear for the consumers to read, of course it is difficult to see this through a digital mock up thus in future i will need to consider how the font will print out during pre-product creation. Therefore when creating the magazine i...

I understand that i misinterpreted the client brief and i need to promote a new indie film which i will do by making it the primary focus of each magazine edition if possible. Distribution and Marketing I will be keeping the distribution and marketing more local to areas within North London rather than global via social media as the magazine is independent and not well known yet therefore, as i will be promoting North London based indie films i need to reach the same market. Some distribution methods i could do to keep it more local is handing leaflets out to local people and putting up posters in local productions houses and cinemas such as North London Production company, Everyman and Vue cinemas- i also...
